We might not always have time for a full- or half-day training workshop, but all of us usually can find time for one or two hours of training to learn new ideas that help us boost our effectiveness.  Join Laurie Richards for one, two, or all three innovative 90-minute a la carte sessions designed to address some of your most significant messaging and preparation issues
SESSION 1 - 10:00-11:30 a.m.
"Using Personality Styles to get Contributions"
You put together a solicitation that would have mad you contribute -- but didn't get the results you wanted. Wondering why? Because not everyone responds to what you like.
In this session, learn to use personality styles to increase the number of contributions you get. Use professional marketing strategies to motivate all of the four primary personality styles.
SESSION 2 - 12:00 noon - 1:30 p.m.
"Engaging a Multi-Generational Workforce"
Traditional, tried-and-true solicitations, approaches, and strategies from years passed may not be working on today's young professionals. It might be time to update your media and your messages to reach audiences of different ages and experiences.
In this session, you'll learn what works with today's multi-generational audiences.

SESSION 3 - 1:45 - 3:15 p.m.
"Recruiting your Champions"
If you want success, you need champions that believe in you, your PAC, your organization, your industry, and your vision. Yet, in a highly cynical and tumultuous political environment, these champions can be challenging to engage.
Learn how you can identify the right influencers to help champion your PAC efforts -- and get them influencing their peers on behalf of your PAC.
